Pocket PC VPN HOW-TO Use |

NOTE : To switch to the Second VPN Server (Concentrator) do the following. This can be viewed as a Trouble-Shooting step (in case of connectivity issues) or a user preference.
- Click iPAQ Wireless (sometimes located on the Start Menu or in the Programs Menu)
NOTE : This Step is showing the built in Wireless on a particular iPAQ. Each Pocket PC will be slightly different. Find the Utility used to turn on the Wireless Network Card (built in, or external) and make sure it is ON or the next few screens may not appear.
- Click on the Double Arrows on the top of the menu bar next to the Speaker icon. Then when the Connectivity screen pops up click on "Connect VPN".
- When the Username/Password screen appears put your Network ID and password and click 'OK'
- Another pop up screen will show "Connecting..."
- To verify that you are indeed connected to the VPN (once the "Connecting..." screen disappears) click the Double Arrows again and this time you will see "Disconnect" as an option. Click Hide and at this stage you are connected via the VPN.
- Open Internet Explorer (or any other Internet program) to surf the web.
- To disconnect from the VPN either turn power off or Click on the Double Arrows again and click Disconnect.
- Click on Settings prior to connecting to the VPN
- Click on the Radio button of the desired VPN and Click ok.
- Then go through the Steps 1 - 6 again and you will be using the VPN you just selected.
